Paul L. Solano

 

Paul L. Solano, Ph.D. (University of Maryland, 1978) has served as Director of the Health Services Policy Research Group (HSPRG) since 2004.  He has been a faculty member at the University of Delaware's School of Public Policy and Administration since 1977, holding the positions of assistiant professor from 1977-1984 and associate professor from 1984 until the present.  He has worked as both a budget analyst for Prince George's County in Maryland and as a research consultant for USAID.  Dr. Solano is currently a member of the City of Wilmington (DE) Economic and Financial Advisory Council and serves on the board of directors of the Delaware Community Development Council and on the advisory board of Community Legal Aid Society, Inc.
