Signe Clayton Bell, M.P.A. (University of Delaware, 1997) has served as the Assistant Director of the Center for Community Research and Service (CCRS) since 2007.  Ms. Bell works primarily in the areas of community revitalization and food system reform.  She is most active in the Blueprint Communities Project and the Delaware Farm To School Initiative.  In addition to her research and project activities, Ms. Bell oversees the CCRS administrative staff and processes, communications and marketing of Center programs, as well as coordinating placements and assignments of the Center's graduate Research Assistants.  Prior the joining the CCRS staff in 2002, she worked as an Extension Educator for Virginia Cooperative Extension, Director of Residence Life at Wesley College, and Teen and Outreach Director for the Southern Chester County YMCA.  Ms. Bell is a dedicated volunteer and has served both the University and local communities in various capacities.
