Steven. W. Peuquet, Ph.D. (University of Pennsylvania, 1996) has served as Director of the Center for Community Research and Service since 2005.  In this role, he is responsible for leading the Center's efforts to develop new knowledge and approaches to reduce poverty and increase social and economic opportunity.  He is also an Associate Professor in the School of Public Policy and Administration where he teaches courses in research design, methodology, and housing policy.  In addition to his classroom teaching, Dr. Peuquet also organizes and leads graduate level study abroad trips.  Since joining the University of Delaware 26 years ago, he has played a variety of other leadership roles inside and outside of the University, including being the Director of the M.A. and Ph.D. degree programs in Public Policy and Administration, and serving as an officer on a variety of nonprofit boards and public commissions.
