Mr. Fisher worked with the S.O.A.R. (Students Overcoming Academic Risk) program at Delaware Technical and Community College since 2003. He has been recognized as a 2010 TRIO Achiever which is a federally funded program that recognizes one person from each state who has provided exemplary service to their community. He also serves as a board member and the Director at Large for the Wilmington Drama League.
