Leadership Theory and Practice; Integration of Design and Leadership; Innovative Methods of Leadership Education; Informal Learning Environments; First-Year College Student Teaching and Assessment; Research Methods; Program Evaluation Tony Middlebrooks, Ph.D. (University of Wisconsin—Madison, 1999) has been an assistant professor at the University of Delaware’s School of Public Policy and Administration since 2005. Before coming to the University of Delaware, Dr. Middlebrooks served as an assistant professor at Cardinal Stritch University where he helped develop the doctoral program in leadership and co-founded the Stritch Leadership Center. He spent ten years prior in non-profit leadership positions, culminating in writing, consulting, and presenting on a variety of leadership topics. Dr. Middlebrooks teaches courses in leadership theory and practice, decision-making, organizational leadership, and research methodology. In 2009, he received an Excellence in Undergraduate Advising Award from the University of Delaware.
